Planted in Legacy. Built to Last.

Cannon Hollow reflects both legacy and landscape —“The Reserve” is a small and secluded escape, near everything and nothing all at once. “KGC Homes has created another masterpiece, stepping out of the cookie cutter norm to marry beauty and community with mountain views, timeless design, and amazing landscapes.” This is not just a neighborhood; it’s a modern estate community intentionally designed for those who value craftsmanship, privacy, and heritage. Every lot carries the promise of a home that endures, a landscape preserved, and a future planted in fertile ground.

Welcome to The Reserve

Tucked into the rolling hills of Washington County, The Reserve at Cannon Hollow, is where timeless architecture meets modern craftsmanship. Designed for those who value space, serenity, and community, this exclusive 21-lot neighborhood features custom homes on one-acre lots surrounded by tree-lined streets, mountain views, and a true sense of belonging. Every detail, every porch, path, and homesite, was planned with purpose, creating a community that feels both exclusive and deeply familiar.

Spacious One-Acre Retreats

Here, privacy meets connection. Each one-acre homesite offers room to breathe, gather, and grow. The space to grow a family, through the hard work of maintaining a garden, the serenity of nights around the fire pit under the stars, and peacefulness of long walk through maple lined streets, while children grow up playing in large yards and open spaces.

Nature as a Design Partner

The land itself shaped the neighborhood’s design. Homes sit gently among mature trees, with beautiful streets and natural contours. From the canopy of maples to the mountain backdrop, nature isn’t just the setting, it’s the soul of The Reserve.

A Walkable, Connected Community

Sidewalks through tree-lined streets invite morning jogs, evening strolls, and front-porch hellos. The Reserve was designed to bring people together naturally, neighbors becoming friends, children playing safely, life unfolding in the outdoors, where it belongs.

The photo shows a cozy outdoor seating area in front of a house with a large window. There are four wicker chairs with white cushions surrounding a fire pit. Small purple flowers and greenery line a stone wall beneath the window, and two trees frame the scene. The house interior, visible through the window, is warmly lit.
